The Institute for Natural Resources has conducted several training programmes for farmers on various agricultural issues. Some of the training programmes are supported by Govt of India and various other organisations like Directorate of Cocoa & Cashew Development.

The Institute for Natural Resources (TINR), is a think tank in agriculture and natural resources at the grassroot. TINR is a Trust registered under the Bombay Public Trusts Act 1950 (Reg. No. F/481, Pune) and a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860.
